Before you write

The How To guides and the FAQ answer the common questions, from capture modes to credits to backups. If you bought a credit pack and the credits never appeared, email Info@BigBrainCorp.com with some proof of purchase (Apple's receipt email is perfect) and we will investigate and make it right.

When Advanced Grading gets one completely wrong

If you believe an Advanced Grading verdict is flat-out wrong (not a half-grade quibble, but wrong), we want to see that book. Export it from the app (a shared book carries its whole record, photos included) and send the export to Info@BigBrainCorp.com with a line about what the AI missed or invented. We will investigate what went sideways and use what we learn to make the models grade better. The books the AI gets wrong are exactly the ones that improve it, so these reports are a favor to every collector using the app.
